We offer classes, Usui Reiki, Sa Sekhem Reiki, and workshops year round to enhance your spiritual practice and magickal craft.

We make no claims to treat or cure any type of illness or health condition with our products. Our products are designed to be used by those who have an understanding of how magick works. Names and titles detailed descriptions, and suggested use of our products are contained within our product listings, but are not included with your items/package when shipped. Instructions are not included except for where specified within the listing. Upon placing your order, you will receive an itemized receipt via email automatically.
PLEASE READ: We hand make magickal candles, oils, kits and other magical offerings to assist you in your magical workings. We do not provide instructions or detailed information regarding our products as it is reasonably assumed that if you are purchasing an item, you know what it is and how to use it. We cannot give or offer specific instructions for the items you purchase as we do not know what your goals or practices are and there are dozens of ways to use magical items.
As per Government requirements, we are required to state that our ritual spell items are sold as curios only, offered for entertainment purposes only. We make no claims or guarantees to provide any specific abilities or results by using our products. All purchases made from Triple Goddess Apothecary & Reiki and use of these products are the responsibility of the buyer. We take no responsibility for use or misuse of our products and the buyer assumes all responsibility for the items once purchased.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards.
SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail. We choose USPS Priority Mail for expedited, speedy and safe delivery to its destination in most cases. If you need your order expedited it can be arranged at an additional cost. All shipping prices include delivery confirmation. To insure your package pick USPS Priority Mail.
Triple Goddess Apothecary & Reiki is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. No refunds will be made if your package is lost or stolen via any shipping method utilized.
Due to the nature of our handmade magickal items, handcrafted items are made to order especially for you. Please allow 7 to 21 business days for your order to be created. If you place a larger order, more time may be necessary to hand make and complete your order. We try hard to get your order out within 7 days.
Processing time on non handcrafted items is 4 to 7 days. Allow 7 to 21 days during busy holiday seasons.
Triple Goddess Apothecary & Reiki will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items shipped within the US or Internationally, through USPS (the common carrier used) or any other shipping method buyer requests, but are more than happy to add additional insurance at an additional cost. Shipments are not insured unless insurance is requested and paid by the customer in advance. If the customer requests insurance on purchase shipment, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to recoup all losses. Do not assume insurance will be added to your shipment.
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery of your package after it has left our hands, the Postal Service has been known to hold packages Domestic Shipments for several weeks prior to reaching its destination. Triple Goddess Apothecary & Reiki is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any shipping carrier.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.
If an item ever arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to issue a refund.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS
Our candle wax varies from batch to batch so there will be variations in the mottling effect and variations in color from time to time. Charms, ribbons and adornments may vary if we are temporarily out of a specific adornment but every effort will be made to insure that your item arrives to you as pictured.
Triple Goddess Apothecary & Reiki does not guarantee the outcome of any ritual or spell with the use of our products. Remember, it is your intention that will cause the spell to work. Our products are only an aid in your spiritual work and are sold as entertainment curios only.
