During this course, you will learn the fundamental principles and techniques of Usui Reiki, a Japanese healing practice that promotes balance and relaxation. Our experienced instructors will guide you through various hands-on exercises and provide you with the knowledge and skills to practice Reiki on yourself and others.

Usui Reiki is a Japanese Reiki Technique taught by Dr. Usui. It includes Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho, which develops intuition, Byosen Scanning, which detects where Reiki is needed, Gyoshi ho, which sends Reiki with the eyes, Koki ho, which uses the breath to send Reiki, Kenyoku, which involves dry bathing or clearing one’s energy field, and Jacki-kiri Joka-ho, which involves clearing objects of negative energy.
Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits. You will learn to use Reiki on yourself, food, and plants; you will receive a PDF of the class manual and Class certificate. The Reiki hand positions. Giving a complete Reiki treatment for self. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and attunement.
Please send me your email once you sign up for class and how you want your name to appear on your Certificate. The Zoom link will be sent to you with instructions for your certificate of completion. I will also need your address so I can send you your Reiki handbook for class.
You will need to pay for the class by April 5, 2025, so you can reserve your spot. You will then receive a PDF of the Usui Reiki I Book.
You will need a journal or notebook for class. Once you pay for a class, I will email you with class information. There will be a one-hour lunch break, and we will take small breaks as needed.
After completing the class, you will receive a certificate of completion and be able to give yourself Reiki.
